1. What types of products does Atelier Hanloé offer?

We offer a complete line of cosmetics for the face, body, and hair. Each product is carefully formulated to meet the specific needs of all skin and hair types, focusing on high-quality, effective ingredients that respect your well-being.

2. Are your products natural or organic?

Our products contain a maximum number of ingredients of natural origin. Whenever possible, we use active ingredients from organic farming. Transparency regarding ingredients is part of our commitment: each product sheet details the ingredients and their origin.

3. Are the products tested on animals?

Absolutely not. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, in accordance with current European regulations. Atelier Hanloé is an ethical brand committed to more responsible beauty.

4. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, most of our formulas are dermatologically tested and designed to be gentle on even the most sensitive skin. However, we always recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before first use.

5. How can I choose the products that suit my needs?

Each product includes a detailed description of its benefits, composition, and the skin or hair types it's designed for. A routine is also provided for each need (anti-aging, hydration, radiance, dry scalp, etc.). Need help? Contact us directly; our team will be happy to guide you.

6. How to order?

It couldn't be simpler! Add the products you want to your cart, then follow the secure payment steps. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is validated.

7. What are the delivery times and costs?

We deliver to France, Germany and the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the method chosen:

  • Standard: 3 to 7 working days
  • Express: 1 to 2 working days
    Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout stage.

8. Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of a return. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Contact our customer service at contact@atelierhanloe.com to initiate the return.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are 100% secure.

10. Where are your products manufactured?

All our products are designed and manufactured in Europe in laboratories that meet strict quality and cosmetic safety standards.
