Commercial Return Policy – 90 days

At Atelier Hanloé, we strive to provide you with a worry-free shopping experience. All products sold on our site are eligible for our 90-day return policy. That's why you have 90 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product ordered on our site;

This commercial return policy applies to all products sold , except for the exceptions mentioned below.


Returns are the responsibility of the customer , unless:

  • the product is defective,

  • there was a preparation or shipping error.

Statutory right of withdrawal – 14 days

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code ,
You also have the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days without justification from receipt of the products.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision in writing to:

Products must be returned in their original condition , unused, intact and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In application of article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal does not apply :

  • to sealed products (cosmetics, care) which were opened after delivery,

  • to personalized products,

  • to gift cards,

  • to items on sale or clearance.

Return procedure

  1. Contact us at contact@atelierhanloe.com specifying:

    • Order number

    • Product concerned

    • Reason for return (optional except in case of defect)

  2. After validation, we will send you:

    • A return label (in some cases)

    • Return address:

  3. Return the package in secure packaging, with proof of postage.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • If compliant, the refund will be made to the initial payment method within 10 working days.

  • If there is any problem, you will be informed by email.
